Almond Paleo Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

• 10 tablespoons almond flour
• 5 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• pinch of vanilla extract
• pinch of salt
• 2 packets stevia
• 2 whole eggs
• dash of cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Procedure:

1. Mix all dry ingredients evenly all together.

2. Whisk in eggs, vanilla and almond milk

3. Stir till mixture is even, and heat up your skillet/griddle/pan

4. Fry with extra virgin coconut or nut oil, or PAM cooking spray on low/medium heat. Flip when pancakes bubble in the center

5. Serve with toppings of choice, enjoy!
